Long time no post! I have realized that it’s been a long time since I posted something. I have been meaning to these past two months, but every time I plan to write a post school work seems to finds its way into my stressful life. I am so sorry that it seems that I have neglected my wonderful readers. This time I genuinely promise that I will have at least weekly (maybe even biweekly) posts in the new year.
As some of you may know, once every year I spend 4 months of my time building my resume through co-op. This year it seems that I will not be staying home, but going to my dream city, New York! This is a milestone in my life that I want to share with all my readers, so a weekly posts will come your way for sure. IN ADDITION, a special project will be launched starting the new year! Please support this special project when it launches on New Years Eve Dec 31, 2013 at midnight!
Now for the reason why you are here, my OOTD! My kindred spirited friend wanted to take pictures of me after her photo shoot with her special someone (cue the CUTENESS). It was her first time using a DSLR so hope you like her photography skills as much as I did!

White Wool Scarf: Wifred Collection @ Aritzia (similar here)
When these photos were taken, it was slightly chilly, thus the presence of the scarf. Nothing like the cold weather we have been getting here in Canada. This scarf is so warm and soft like a bunny, it will definitely be making an appearance in other posts in the future.

These shorts are adorbsss. Black shorts with gold floral lace: Topshop $60 (here)

White Sleeveless Blouse: Forever 21 (similar here)
Green 60 den Tights: H&M $12 for 2

Black Tall Boots: Shoemint $129.98 (here)
My friends challenged me to lean over the edge… This is the result (take note that I’m afraid of heights and even though this is like 10cm above the water.. there could be piranhas in that water for all I know!)
That day in the park was a beautiful sight. I can’t wait for summer to come again.

I wish I could wear these shorts everyday, they are simply stunning. I couldn’t pass them up in the change room even though $60 is super pricey for a pair of shorts. UNLESS they were made of real gold, then that’s a STEAL!
Bye bye for now. I hope you enjoyed this impromptu OOTD post. I’ll post back in two weeks after these finals are over.
